3. Who we share data with
- Connectivity partners and network operators — to issue and run your eSIM (order details, ICCID, usage).
- Cryptocurrency payment processor — to process your payment. Blockchain transactions are public by design.
- Apple and Google — if you sign in with Apple or Google, and to receive your age range where the law requires it.
- Service providers — hosting, live chat, email delivery and crash reporting, acting on our instructions.
- Authorities — when required by law, or to protect our rights and users.
- A buyer or successor — if Waysim is sold or reorganised, under this policy.
Everyone we share data with must protect it at least as well as this policy requires and may use it only for the purposes above. We do not sell your personal data or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
4. International transfers
We and our partners may process data outside your country. Where the law requires, we use safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or their UK equivalent.
5. How long we keep it
- Account data: while your account is active, and deleted within 30 days after you delete it.
- Order, payment, refund and balance records: up to 5 years, to meet accounting, tax, consumer-law and sanctions obligations.
- Support chats and emails: up to 24 months.
- Crash and technical logs: up to 12 months.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example, under the EU or UK GDPR or US state privacy laws), you can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. We will not treat you differently for using your rights.
California and other US states. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you. You can ask to know, correct or delete your personal information.
Do Not Track. We do not track you across third-party websites or apps, so our practices are the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
To exercise any right, use the live chat, support.waysim.co or support@waysim.co. We reply within 30 days and may ask you to confirm that the account is yours.
7. Deleting your account
You can delete your account in the app under Settings → Delete account, or request it at support.waysim.co/delete-account with the email of your Waysim account. Deletion cancels any unused Waysim Balance. Records we must keep by law are retained as described in section 5.
8. Children
Waysim is only for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from children. Where the law requires it (for example, in Texas), we use the age range provided by the App Store or Google Play and do not let users under 18 create an account or buy plans. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls and trusted providers to protect your data. No system is completely secure, so please keep your login details safe.

We may update this policy. We will show the new date at the top and notify you in the app about material changes.
