We and our partners may process data outside your country. Where the law requires, we use safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or their UK equivalent.

You can also complain to your local data protection authority. We will not treat you differently for using your rights.
California and other US states. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you. You can ask to know, correct or delete your personal information.
Do Not Track. We do not track you across third-party websites or apps, so our practices are the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
To exercise any right, use the live chat, support.waysim.co or support@waysim.co. We reply within 30 days and may ask you to confirm that the account is yours.
7. Deleting your account

Waysim is only for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from children. Where the law requires it (for example, in Texas), we use the age range provided by the App Store or Google Play and do not let users under 18 create an account or buy plans. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
